4. Paid Services and Fees
Fees, deliverables, and payment terms for any paid plan are described to you before you enroll and are set out in the separate service agreement you receive. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are charged as scheduled and any refund terms are governed by that agreement.

7. No Guarantee of Results
Credit outcomes depend on your individual profile, your history, your creditors, the bureaus, and your own actions. We do not promise or guarantee any specific credit score change, the removal of any item, approval for any loan or funding, or any particular financial outcome. Any examples, timeframes, or figures we mention are illustrative only.
8. Qualification for Certain Programs
Some opportunities and program options require review and qualification. Availability is limited, is determined case by case, and is not offered to everyone. Nothing on this site is an offer or a promise of qualification.
